I'm a person, a mom, a psychotherapist and an entrepreneur. I'm going to be 40 very soon, and I've gotta tell you, I could not be happier about it! That's because I'm right where I want to be, and trust me, YOU can be too! I'm here to help you make it happen, so let's get started!
Kozist is the best way to take a quick step forward ~ it's definitely the fastest, easiest, and least expensive route! This is an app I co-founded and created for wonderful, striving people like YOU! If there's one thing I've learned in all my training, it's that nobody can be their best self all by themselves. Kozist is FREE right now for a limited time, so hurry up and join us!
It's not in my nature to boast, but I've reached a point in my career with expertise that's just too good to keep quiet! I don't have enough availability for new therapy patients, but I am now offering "FLIGHTS"~ Brief consults structured to help you take off with just 1-2 sessions. I include personalized, written feedback for you to keep and draw upon any time. Let's do this!
Nothing I've created was designed to replace therapy, for psychotherapy truly is irreplaceable. My passion for making my expertise more accessible has me too busy to take on new therapy patients personally, but we have a growing practice of therapists who I oversee and who are all trained in the 'forward edge' approach I take to everything. Come on in & have a seat :)
Kozist is a new mental health and wellness app I co-founded and created with my husband. It's a community of people looking to create more meaningful and fulfilling lives guided by our 'forward edge' approach. It's easy and fun like social media, but rich in mental health benefits. The purpose of creating Kozist was to make our expertise as widely available as possible. Be sure to check it out!
I began my private practice in Chicago in 2011, and have been seeing patients both in-person and virtually since long before the pandemic began. Now located in southwest Michigan (Saugatuck/Douglas), I am hiring, training, and overseeing a team of wonderful therapists in our unique 'forward edge' approach. Therapy gives you the ultimate level of support in moving forward.
Project Realize is a non-profit organization that I joined in the Chicago area to provide in-school treatment to at-risk, mostly gang-involved youth. We've now moved the project to Michigan, and broadened the population of people who can benefit from our services. Mental health services need to be more accessible, and PR makes it more affordable for people in need. Donate to help!
